2013 awards set for Warsaw in December

WORLD YOUNG READER PRIZE 15th ANNIVERSARY

Save the dates -- December 2 and 3 -- to gather in Warsaw, Poland, to learn and exchange strategies for how we are successfully connecting with youth in more ways than ever during WAN-IFRA's Youth Engagement Summit-Europe and celebrate the winners of the 2013 World Young Reader Prizes.

Winners of 2013 World Young Reader Prizes will receive their awards and tell how they did it during a WAN-IFRA Youth Engagement Summit set for 2 and 3 December in Warsaw, Poland. The event will mark the 15th anniversary of the prizes. In addition, participants will explore the latest inventive and effective strategies for making connections to youth that make a difference.

While our focus will be regional - Europe - newspaper people from all over the world who care about the young will be most welcome to join us. 

Host for the event is Gazeta Wyborcza, a frequent past winner of the prize and now member of the prize jury.
