The concept behind the competition is to present to the industry the new and successful trends and practices in multiple-media coverage, and what news organisations can learn from these best-practise examples for the future.

2012 edition focused on social media stars!

This year's awards will honour those publishers that connect with their audience on the social web, by:

  • growing their community through effective social media strategies,
  • enhancing the user experience with original and engaging content and entertainment, and
  • innovative use of social media tools (campaigns, blogs, crowdsourcing, viral marketing ...)
