A one-day programme designed to provide advertising executives with a simple but comprehensive set of planning tools that will enable them to plan the improvement of an existing or the development of a new multimedia ad sales strategy for the newspaper company.

Outcomes:
Each executive taking part will leave the workshop with a series of outputs and presentations that identify the issues he or she faces and be able to develop their own strategy using the checklists which provide them with a 'road map' for the design and implementation of a multimedia sales strategy.
