Pre Conference Workshop
In-depth half day learning workshops on specific topics that are of interest to Digital Media executives will be offered in the afternoon of 26th November 2012.
Implementing Web Responsive Design
Learn how to create better new-pages while creating continuity between the web, iPhone, iPad and other digital devices. The list of digital devices providing access to journalistic content is growing exponentially, but is the digital product good enough? A study conducted by Associated Press shows that participants displayed signs of new fatigue; debilitated by information overload and unsatisfying news experiences. The problem is aggravated by lack of continuity between the devices.
The workshop will train participants in methods that will enable them to understand their customer needs and develop right journalistic tools to meet them.
For whom: Editors-in-Chief, Managing Editors, Online editors, Publishers and Designers

Workshop leader: Grig Davidovitz
CEO, RGB Media Inc
Grig Davidovitz is a consultant specialising in Developing Journalism in the New Media Age. His areas of expertise are news design and usability, online revenue models and newsroom structure.
