The World Printers Forum Board consists of 18 members, half of them representing publishing and printing companies, the other half representing materials and equipment suppliers. New Board members have been added early 2018. The recent meeting of the new Board was on 12 October 2018 at the office of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) in Berlin, Germany, on kind invitation of Andreas Gierth, Director of Production, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung GmbH.

The Board reviewed the work of the WPF since March 2018, discussed the developments in various markets and technologies. It discussed new projects, the WPF Conference 2018 and other events, the International Color Quality Club and the Print Innovation Aards, and the activities in conjunction with IFRA Expo 2019.
